Foundation Junior Board
Established in 2021, the Lindbergh Schools Foundation Junior Board provides high school students with a unique opportunity to develop leadership skills, explore philanthropy, and make a meaningful impact within their school and community.
Composed of emerging student leaders, the Junior Board actively engages in identifying and supporting initiatives that align with the mission of the Lindbergh Schools Foundation. Working alongside Foundation leaders and community partners, members gain hands-on experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, grantmaking, civic engagement, and project planning while helping address real-world needs throughout the district.
Through collaborative projects and service opportunities, students learn the value of giving back while developing skills that prepare them for future leadership roles in school, college, and their careers.
Our Mission
To develop student leaders by providing opportunities to serve the community, support the mission of the Lindbergh Schools Foundation, and gain real-world experience in philanthropy, leadership, and civic engagement.
An Impactful Experience
Junior Board members gain valuable experience that extends far beyond the classroom. Through their involvement, students have opportunities to explore philanthropy, support educational initiatives, participate in community service, and contribute to projects that benefit students and educators throughout Lindbergh Schools.
Areas of involvement may include historic preservation, educational projects, grantmaking, community outreach, fundraising, and civic responsibility. Along the way, members develop leadership, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills while building meaningful connections with fellow students and community leaders.
Support Future Leaders
Help provide opportunities for students to develop leadership skills, engage in philanthropy, and make a positive impact in their community.
