The Lindbergh Schools Foundation is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to supporting Lindbergh Schools' pursuit of excellence in education.
Our mission is to manage and administer funds that provide scholarships for Lindbergh High School students, support programs and projects that enrich the student experience, and foster strong connections between Lindbergh Schools, its alumni, and the community.

Every year, "WE ARE THE ROOTS" – a community dedicated to nurturing possibilities and cultivating success. The Lindbergh Schools Foundation hosted its 4th Annual Community Breakfast on October 27th, a resounding success with a remarkable turnout of 245 attendees. This event, dedicated to nurturing possibilities and cultivating success, featured delectable cuisine, flawless student participation, and took place against the backdrop of a stunning venue.

At the Lindbergh Schools 75th Anniversary Gala, the Class of 1972 made a surprise announcement to honor a true Lindbergh legend. Discover how Coach Don Bee’s 65 years of dedication to the district will now support students for generations to come.

On May 25, 2023, the Foundation gave the earliest and founding members of the Lindbergh High School Alumni Association one last chance to walk through the old halls of the 300s/400s buildings. They were able to see some of the new LHS and have lunch with us in the auditorium lobby.

Today, we are delighted to celebrate Amanda Shimkus, a dedicated paraprofessional at Truman Middle School, for her outstanding commitment to her students. Amanda's exceptional efforts played a pivotal role in boosting team morale and fostering inclusiveness among the athletes who participated in the Special Olympics on April 3rd.

Today, we shine a spotlight on Cristina Benion, a dedicated Special Education Teacher at Lindbergh High School, whose unwavering commitment to her students knows no bounds.
In her daily living classroom, Ms. Benion goes above and beyond to cultivate an inclusive and supportive environment for students with diverse needs. Recognizing the importance of practical life skills, she recently requested kitchen items to enhance the overall learning experience for her students. These items are not just utensils and appliances; they are tools that enable every student to fully participate and engage in the curriculum.
