On April 12th, students at Lindbergh High School experienced a powerful and educational event as part of the History Alive Program. They had the unique opportunity to hear firsthand stories and experiences from 23 individuals who served in the Vietnam War. This event brought history to life, providing students with a deeper understanding of the war and the personal sacrifices made by those who served.
The Lindbergh Schools Foundation is proud to sponsor this impactful program. By supporting events like these, we aim to enrich the educational experience of our students, connecting them with real-world history and fostering a greater appreciation for the complexities of past events.
The presence of these veterans not only educated the students but also honored the veterans' service and sacrifices. Their stories offered invaluable insights into the realities of the Vietnam War, making a lasting impression on everyone in attendance.
We are grateful to the veterans who shared their experiences and to the History Alive Program for facilitating this meaningful event. The Lindbergh Schools Foundation remains committed to supporting initiatives that bring history to life and enhance the educational journey of our students.
