  • Lindbergh Schools Foundation Innovation Grants

    The Foundation Innovation Grant Program encourages and supports the efforts of district teachers and staff members who propose innovative projects to engage their students in more creative and exciting ways. Our adoption of the "rolling grants" approach has proven immensely successful, resulting in a record breaking number of grants being conferred upon our staff.

    To date, the Foundation has generously contributed over $235,000 in resources including classroom materials, technology, furniture, and enriching learning expereinces, benefiting 600+ Lindbergh teachers and staff members through the Innovation Grant Program.

     

    Innovation Grant Application Process:

    Lindbergh staff, the grant application will reopen the first week of every month!

    Do you want to get a head start on the application process? Here are the required questions when applying for a grant:

    1. What are you requesting?

    2. Why do you need it?

    3. How fast will you begin using it?

    4. Explain how this will provide an innovative experience for your students.

    *The Innovation Grant Applications have closed for the remainder of the school year.*

    *Note: Please allow 4 weeks for requests to be approved, ordered,and delivered*

  • The open application period will be during the first week of each month. If you have an idea, apply at the beginning of the month.

    Open application periods for next school year are:

    • August 5-9, 2024
    • September 2-6, 2024
    • September 30-October 4, 2024
    • November 4-8, 2024
    • December 2-6, 2024
    • January 6-10, 2025
    • February 3-7, 2025
    • March 3-7, 2025

  • We request that you research the items you are seeking, submit your request with specific links to the items, and ensure that the requested items come from one of the approved businesses below:

    • Michael's
    • Lakeshore Learning

  • ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

    • Any Lindbergh staff member is eligible to apply! You do not need to be a teacher.
    • There is a limited amount of funding. So apply when you have an idea.
    • There is a maximum request limit of $500/staff member per school year.
    • You can request $100 in funding today, and then another $400 later if/when you need it.
    • Be creative and think outside of the box!
